To help us serve you quickly, please take a moment to read our return and exchange policy before you order.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds. Returns are accepted within 48 hours for Nairobi orders and within 72 hours for parcel deliveries, counted from the time you receive your order.

What if the size isn't right?

We're happy to exchange your pair for a different size of the same design. Exchanges for a different item aren't possible.

What if it was a gift?

We're happy to offer an exchange. Gifts have the same window as parcel orders: within 72 hours.

How do I start an exchange?

Within the window above, call or WhatsApp us on 0718 156 508 or email stepinkenya@gmail.com with your order number. Please keep the shoes unworn and in their original box.
