Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Step In Style through our website. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Step In Style (STEP IN STYLE KENYA), Mithoo Business Centre, 5th Floor, Shop 502, Nairobi, Kenya. Phone 0718 156 508, email stepinkenya@gmail.com. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

2. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will call you on the number you give us to confirm your order and its delivery details. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and you will not be charged for it.

3. Prices

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices shown on the website do not include delivery, which is confirmed separately (see below).

4. Delivery and collection

In-house rider: delivered by our own rider within Nairobi.
Courier: for orders outside Nairobi, sent with the courier you choose.
Pick Up Mtaani: collected from your chosen Pick Up Mtaani agent.
Collect from our shop: free collection from our boutique during opening hours. We will call you when your order is ready.

Delivery fees depend on your location and the delivery option. We will confirm the fee with you by phone before your order is sent.

5. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery for rider, courier and Pick Up Mtaani orders, or pay at the shop when you collect. Where online payment is offered at checkout, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Product photos

We do our best to show each product accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

7. Exchanges and returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us on 0718 156 508 or stepinkenya@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will help you.

8. Your information

We use the details you give us only to process, deliver and follow up on your order, and to send you our newsletter if you subscribe to it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
